Before joining Allora Homes NC LLC, Janie Glover worked with a disaster relief organization on the Virginia Project, where she played a vital role in helping homeowners impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic avoid losing their homes. In this role, Janie assisted individuals who were behind on their mortgages, in pre-foreclosure, or facing foreclosure, by securing grant funding to cover mortgage payments and preserve homeownership. Her efforts included working directly with homeowners—even on the day of scheduled auctions—to prevent foreclosure and provide immediate, life-changing support.
Now, as Project Manager for Allora Homes NC LLC, Janie brings over a year of hands-on leadership and precision to every project she oversees. With a focus on residential real estate investments—including fix and flips, novations, and rental property preparations—she ensures that each project is executed to the highest standard from start to finish.
Her responsibilities include developing accurate repair estimators, crafting detailed scopes of work, sourcing and coordinating competitive contractor bids, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring all compliance documents are completed and filed. Janie is deeply involved in every phase of construction and renovation, maintaining open lines of communication with contractors and stakeholders while keeping the project aligned with Allora Homes' vision and standards.
